What is the purpose of the Expert Directory?
The purpose of this directory is to allow us to identify and structure information about key thought leaders in defined areas of research, clinical care or disease management.

Furthermore, we use the system to support our internal compliance processes during engagements with individual thought leaders.
Who will have access to my details via the Expert Directory?
The directory will be available to Novo Nordisk staff in key medical and communication roles and to selected third party representatives supporting Novo Nordisk with logistics in our engagements with the scientific community.
As part of the Expert Directory, am I agreeing to take part in certain activities?
It will not be assumed that you have agreed to take part in any activities.
What details are contained within the Expert Directory and where do they come from?
The details include such information as area of expertise, publication record, professional qualifications and positions of responsibility. They have been compiled from publicly-available data such as membership directories of professional organisations and information arising from collaboration with Novo Nordisk affiliates.
What should I do if I agree to include my details in the Expert Directory?
If you are willing to be included in the directory, you do not have to take any further action.
What if I would like to view my details in the Expert Directory?
You can request to view your details in the directory at any time by contacting the address below.
What if I want to make changes to my entry details at a later date?

What if I want to remove my entry from the Expert Directory?

How will you secure and protect the information in the Expert Directory?
Access to the directory will be limited to key personnel (see above) and will be password protected in compliance with commercial regulations for database security. Only employees from the Novo Nordisk Group of companies and a small selection of third parties representatives will have access to the directory.
